Description of the workplace

Scope of work:

  • Conception and assurance of quality-related activities in the area of rollout
  • Continuous assurance, control and development of the (quality) performance of the rollout supply chain and the associated processes
  • Analysis of existing quality processes and methods with regard to their potential for improvement
  • Planning, preparation and implementation of supplier audits
  • Planning, preparation and implementation of internal audits in central and regional organizational units
  • Optimization of acceptance and documentation quality
  • Creation of quality reports
  • Interface to the ZTES IMS system

Your profile:

  • Completed technical studies or technician/master craftsman
  • Several years of experience in quality management and project management
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications rollout
  • Existing quality management certification
  • Knowledge of current regulations and standards
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and communication skills
  • organizational skills
  • Sound knowledge of project management
  • Confident use of MS Office products
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Standards and procedures in quality and audit management
