Scope of work:

• Construction inspections and supervision
• Plan reconciliations (EPL, APL, as build, etc.)
• Preparation of DL-BANF’s, material requisitions in MMS, PO’s in ERP, etc.
• Request for quotation, review, evaluation
• Acceptances
• Co-user reconciliations
• Control and coordination of GU’s
• Planning, coordination, execution and supervision of:
  • New construction, conversion or dismantling as well as maintenance and defect rectification measures at the infrastructure of mobile network sites
• Coordination of the technical parties involved, scheduling and tracking, site inspection, measurement, site supervision and up to the acceptance of the construction measure
• Monitoring of defect rectification, enforcement of warranty claims
• Supervision of execution with regard to quality and laws/standards/internal guidelines
• Bid processing/preparation/submission, invoice verification and cost control
• Material management for construction project
